The Group 3 Hobart Cup will be run Monday, 8 February at the Hobart race course in Tasmania.

The Hobart Cup is run over a distance of 2200 metres and is an open handicap race with a prize money of $400,000. The Hobart Cup has established itself as one of the premier social events in Southern Tasmania.

The Hobart Cup was taken out in 2009 by Gotta Keep Cool from Zavite with Dream Pedlar third.

Admission prices for Adults $30 (early bird $26), Concession $15, Children under 12 Free and visiting member $75.
